Discontinue products with active ingredients for 5 days before your facial. These include Retinol/Tretinoin, Hydroxy Acids, Topical Prescriptions. Avoid physical exfoliants as well (scrubs, brushes/tools).


Avoid sun exposure/sunburn and tanning beds.

Wear Sunscreen EVERYDAY!


Avoid shaving or waxing your face for 24-48 hours before your facial. Instead, opt for a dermaplaning facial or add a face wax to your service.


Wait 2 weeks after injectables to receive a facial.


Don’t pick your skin or cause any open lesions/wounds.


Try not to wear heavy makeup to your appointment. Light makeup is ok!


Know the names of the skin care products AND medications you are using at home. Bring a list or take pictures if you need to!
